They might hurt you, cut you, beat you down, scrape, bite, claw at your emotions, just remember you are as solid as steel and nothing can break you. Don’t cry, you are steel and water makes you rust, and you’re too beautiful to rust.
if anyone EVER calls you fat, or ugly, crazy, or stupid dont ever let them get away with it. I have been dealing with this on a daily basis all year and I was pushed to the point of almost committing suicide. I was dealing with it at school as well as at home. The only thing that kept me from doing it was being called a coward. “If you commit suicide you are a coward” I know I’m not and neither are you.
No one should be ‘heartbroken’ in high school. Chances are you’re not in love, you’re in lust. It’s not the end of the world if someone breaks up with you because it’s not like you’re going to marry the person. You still have the rest of your life to find your one in 7 billion.
Don’t ever worry about a relationship. Yeah it’s hard when all you see are cute couples everywhere, that seem perfect. One day you will find that perfect person that you will love and spend the rest of your life with. Just wait, there are 6,998,631,140 people in the world and one of them is looking for you.

In the last few minutes of March 4th, let me tell you that there are people who love you for who you are, and who you want to become. The number of pounds, kilos, are unimportant for it they are just numbers. Sleep with comfort tonight knowing that in this world, there are over 1 million people who think you’re beautiful, simply for being you.
The connections we make on a daily basis can be connections that can last a lifetime. Cherish every encounter with a person, because they could someday be the love of your life.
Dreams are renewable. No matter what our age or condition, there are still untapped possibilities within us and new beauty waiting to be born.
Whether you are 150 pounds or 90 pounds, more or less you are beautiful don’t ever let somebody tell you otherwise.
